Deliveries & Shipping

Shipping costs will be indicated to you when you order depending on the country of destination.

Delivery costs are:

How can I pay the bill ?

Payment for your order on our site can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal. The maredilatte.fr site does not allow payments in several installments.

Make a return or request a refund

Please note that if you do not receive your order, you have 20 days after the shipping date to contact us. Beyond this 20 day period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

How to make a return or exchange?

For orders processed via Colissimo (La Poste), a free return slip is inserted into your order. All you have to do is stick the label on the return box.
